Job Summary: The HR Team in a flexible packaging company plays a crucial role in supporting business goals by attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled workforce. This team ensures compliance with labor laws, implements effective HR policies, and fosters a safe, motivated, and high-performance work environment tailored to the needs of manufacturing and packaging operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Develop and implement recruitment strategies for technical, operational, and support roles. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to understand staffing requirements. Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievances and disputes professionally. Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. 3. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and training needs specific to packaging, printing, extrusion, and lamination processes. Develop internal training modules and coordinate external workshops. Track employee development and career progression plans. 4. Compliance & Legal Ensure adherence to labor laws, EHS regulations, and other statutory requirements. Manage documentation for PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc. Conduct periodic audits and liaise with legal counsel if required. 5. Performance Management Coordinate goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback cycles. Implement performance improvement plans when needed. Link performance with rewards and recognition strategies. 6. HR Operations & Policy Management Maintain accurate records for attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and personnel files. Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and SOPs. Implement HR software and systems for better efficiency. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support our flexible packaging production operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production data, quality records, inventory logs, and other relevant manufacturing information in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update daily production data including raw material usage, machine output, downtime, and shift performance. Maintain and manage production reports, job orders, and inventory records using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Track and log wastage, defect rates, and rework in coordination with the QA/QC team. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries for management review. Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods; assist in inventory reconciliations. Coordinate with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure data accuracy. Ensure timely reporting and document control related to flexible packaging production. Assist in preparing data for audits, process analysis, and performance reviews. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive production data.
